BEENOS HR Link株式会社（以下「当社」といいます。）は、当社の提供する「Linkus」（以下「本サービス」といいます。）における、お客さまについての個人情報を含む利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

1. 収集する利用者情報及び収集方法
本ポリシーにおいて、「利用者情報」とは、お客さまの識別に係る情報、通信サービス上の行動履歴、その他お客さままたはお客さまの端末に関連して生成または蓄積された情報であって、本ポリシーに基づき当社が収集するものを意味するものとします。
本サービスにおいて当社が収集する利用者情報は、その収集方法に応じて、以下のようなものとなります。
  1. お客さまからご提供いただく情報
    本サービスを利用するために、または本サービスの利用を通じてお客さまからご提供いただく情報は以下のとおりです。
    • 氏名、生年月日、性別、職業等プロフィールに関する情報
    • メールアドレス、電話番号、住所等連絡先に関する情報
    • クレジットカード情報、銀行口座情報、電子マネー情報等決済手段に関する情報
    • お客さまの肖像を含む静止画情報
    • 入力フォームその他当社が定める方法を通じてお客さまが入力または送信する情報
  2. お客さまが本サービスの利用において、他のサービスと連携を許可することにより、当該他のサービスからご提供いただく情報
    お客さまが、本サービスを利用するにあたり、ソーシャルネットワーキングサービス等の他のサービスとの連携を許可した場合には、その許可の際にご同意いただいた内容に基づき、以下の情報を当該外部サービスから収集します。
    • 当該外部サービスでお客さまが利用するID
    • その他当該外部サービスのプライバシー設定によりお客さまが連携先に開示を認めた情報
  3. お客さまが本サービスを利用するにあたって、当社が収集する情報
    当社は、本サービスへのアクセス状況やそのご利用方法に関する情報を収集することがあります。これには以下の情報が含まれます。
    • リファラ
    • IPアドレス
    • サーバーアクセスログに関する情報
    • Cookie、ADID、IDFAその他の識別子
2. 匿名加工情報および仮名加工情報の取扱いについて
当社は、現在、匿名加工情報（個人情報保護法に定める匿名加工情報をいいます。以下同じ。）を作成していません。
当社は、匿名加工情報の作成および第三者提供をする場合、別途定める「匿名加工情報取扱ルール」を遵守して、安全管理のための措置を講じます。
当社は、仮名加工情報（個人情報保護法に定める仮名加工情報をいいます。以下同じ。）を作成又は取得した場合には、データの統計的な分析のために利用し、個人情報の保護に 関する法令に従い、安全管理のための措置を講じます。当社は、個人情報の保護に関する法令に基づく場合を除き、仮名加工情報の第三者への提供は行いません。
3. 利用目的
本サービスのサービス提供にかかわる利用者情報の具体的な利用目的は以下のとおりです。
  1. 本サービスに関する登録の受付、本人確認、お客さま認証、お客さま設定の記録、利用料金の決済計算等本サービスの提供、維持、保護及び改善のため
  2. お客さまのトラフィック測定及び行動測定のため
  3. 広告の配信、表示及び効果測定のため
  4. 本サービスに関するご案内、お問い合わせ等への対応のため
  5. 本サービスに関する当社の規約、ポリシー等（以下「規約等」といいます。）に違反する行為に対する対応のため
  6. 本サービスに関する規約等の変更などを通知するため
4. 個人情報の管理者および管理について
当社の保有する個人情報の管理者は、BEENOS HR Link株式会社（日本において、法人番号0107-01-040200で登記された会社）です。
当社は、当該管理者を代表し、個人情報の管理について責任を担う部門に個人情報管理統括責任者を配置します。
この部門は、個人情報を適切に管理することにより、個人情報の保護を目的とする当社の取組みを推進し、監督します。

5. 通知・公表または同意取得の方法、利用中止要請の方法
お客さまは、本サービスの所定の設定を行うことにより、利用者情報の全部または一部についてその収集又は利用の停止を求めることができ、この場合、当社は速やかに、当社の定めるところに従い、その利用を停止します。なお利用者情報の項目によっては、その収集または利用が本サービスの前提となるため、当社所定の方法により本サービスを退会した場合に限り、当社はその収集又は利用を停止します。
6. 第三者提供
当社は、利用者情報のうち、個人情報については、あらかじめお客さまの同意を得ないで、第三者（日本国外にある者を含みます。）に提供しません。但し、次に掲げる必要があり第三者（日本国外にある者を含みます。）に提供する場合はこの限りではありません。
  1. 当社が利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において個人情報の取扱いの全部または一部を委託する場合
  2. 合併その他の事由による事業の承継に伴って個人情報が提供される場合
  3. 第4項の定めに従って、提携先または情報収集モジュール提供者へ個人情報が提供される場合
  4. 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、お客さまの同意を得ることによって当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
  5. その他、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」といいます。）その他の法令で認められる場合
7. 共同利用
現在、共同利用はおこなっておりません。
8. 個人情報の開示・訂正・削除等について
当社は、個人情報の保護に関する法令に基づき、個人情報の開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、消去、第三者提供の停止、利用目的の通知、同意の撤回（該当する場合）および第三者提供記録の開示の請求に対応いたします。
ただし、かかる請求が個人情報の保護に関する法令の定める要件をみたさない場合、ご希望に添えない場合があります。
9. 個人情報の開示請求等の受付方法について
個人情報の開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、消去、第三者提供の停止等を請求する場合は、当社が別に定めるところに従い、所定の請求書に必要事項をご記入いただき、下記の受付窓口宛てに郵送して下さい。
開示請求の場合は、所定の手数料および書面による開示を希望される場合は郵送料（ただし、書面の交付による開示を希望される場合に限ります。）も同封してください。

User Information collected by BEENOS HR Link through the Service will be as follows, depending on how it is collected.

1. The Data BEENOS HR Link Collect about User and How It is Collected
"User Information" in this privacy policy shall mean information pertaining to the identity of a user, history of action on communications services, or any other information generated or accumulated in connection with user’s devices and those of which are collected by BEENOS HR Link pursuant to this privacy policy. User Information collected by BEENOS HR Link through the Service will be as follows, depending on how it is collected.
  1. Information provided by user
    Information provided by users to use the Service is as follows:
    • Information relating to the user profile such as name, date of birth, sex, and occupation.
    • Information relating to the contact information such as e-mail address, telephone number, address.
    • Information relating to payment methods such as credit card information, bank account information, electronic money information.
    • Still image information including the user's portrait.
    • Information entered or transmitted by the user through the input form or other methods prescribed by BEENOS HR Link.
  2. Information provided by other services due to user’s permission on cooperation
    When a user permits cooperation with other services such as social networking services, the following information will be collected from the relevant external service based on the content agreed upon at the time of the approval:
    • ID used by the user for the external service.
    • Other information that the user has approved for disclosure to the partner company due to the privacy setting of the relevant external service.
  3. Information BEENOS HR Link collects
    BEENOS HR Link may collect information regarding access and usage of the Service. This information includes the following information:
    • Referrer.
    • IP address.
    • Information about the server access log.
    • Identifiers such as Cookie, ADID, IDFA.
2. Handling of anonymized information and pseudonymized information
The Company currently does not create anonymized information (meaning anonymously processed information as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information; the same shall apply hereinafter). If the Company creates anonymized information or provides it to a third party, the Company shall take precautions for safety management in compliance with the separately stipulated Rules for Handling Anonymized Information.
If the Company creates or collects pseudonymized information (meaning pseudonymously processed information as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information; the same shall apply hereinafter), the Company shall use it for statistical data analysis and take precautions for safety management in accordance with laws and regulations pertaining to the protection of personal information.
The Company will not provide pseudonymized information to third parties, except in accordance with laws and regulations pertaining to the protection of personal information.
3. Purpose
The specific purposes of use of user information are as follows.
  1. To provide, maintain, protect and improve the Service by registration, identity verification, user authentication, user setup records, and usage fee settlement calculations.
  2. For user traffic measurement and behavioral measurement.
  3. To deliver, indicate, and measure the effect of advertisement.
  4. To provide the Service information and respond to inquiries.
  5. To respond to actions for violations of rules and policies concerning the Service ("Policies, etc."),
  6. For notifying of changes in the Policies, etc.
4. Controller and management of personal information
The controller of personal information held by the Company is BEENOS HR Link Inc. (the company registered in Japan under registration no. 0107-01-040200).
The Company represents the controller and appoints a Personal Information Administration Manager to the division responsible for managing personal information, and that division shall facilitate and supervise activities to protect personal information through the appropriate management of such information. 5. Method of Notification, Publication, Obtaining Consent, or Request for Discontinuation of Use
A user may request the suspension of collection or use of all or part of User Information by the Service settings, in which event BEENOS HR Link shall promptly cease the use of such information. Since some contents of the User Information is mandatory for the Service provision, BEENOS HR Link may cease to collect and use the User Information after user’s withdraws from the Service membership in a manner prescribed by BEEBOS HR Link.
6. Provision to Third Parties
BEENOS HR Link will not provide any personal information among User Information to any third party (including any person outside Japan) without obtaining the prior consent of the users. Provided, however, in cases where this is permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations, or in response to inquiries from investigative agencies, etc. This does not apply to the case where BEENOS HR Link provides the information to a third party.
7. Sharing of Personal Information
None.
8. Disclosure/revision/deletion of personal information
The Company shall respond to requests for disclosure, revision, addition, deletion, discontinuation of use, elimination, cessation of provision to third parties and notification of purposes of use of personal information, withdrawal of consent (where applicable), and disclosure of third-party records, in accordance with laws and regulations pertaining to the protection of personal information.
However, if such request does not meet the requirements provided by laws and regulations pertaining to the protection of personal information, the Company may not respond to the request.
9. Method of accepting a request for disclosure of personal information
When making a request for disclosure, revision, addition, deletion, discontinuation of use, elimination, or cessation of provision to third parties of personal information, or other requests, please complete the specified request form in accordance with procedures separately set out by the Company and send it by mail to the contact address below.
In the event of a request for disclosure, please enclose the predetermined fee, and document delivery postage if (but only when) you request disclosure in writing.
10. Method of accepting request for notification of purposes of use of personal information
To request notification of the purposes of use of personal information, please contact the Company at info@linku-s.com.

12. Privacy Policy Modification Procedures
BEENOS HR Link may change the privacy policy as needed. Provided, however, that in the event of any changes that require the consent of the user under laws and regulations, privacy policy after the change shall be applied only to the user who consents to the change in the manner prescribed by BEENOS HR Link. In addition, BEENOS HR Link shall inform the user of the date and content of the privacy policy after the change by displaying it on the website or by any other appropriate means, or shall inform the user of it.
